Mountaineering Ireland's New Team Charter

Over the past year, the Mountaineering Ireland staff team has been working through an energising process of team development.

Sonia Brody from the Green Door Group has worked with the team on identifying actions to deliver Mountaineering Ireland’s current Strategic Plan, while also looking at how the team works together.

This culminated in the recent agreement of a Team Charter centred on fostering teamwork, being inclusive, accountable, and transparent, and ensuring we support the team's collective and personal wellbeing.

This will guide the work of the Mountaineering Ireland team. Together, we will use our diverse skills and perspectives to deliver excellence for our members and propel Mountaineering Ireland towards continued success.
